Conference Overview: Karyn Seroussi is the mother of a child who recovered from the symptoms of autism. World-renowned author of Unraveling the Mystery of Autism and PDD – A Mother’s Story of Research and Recovery, Seroussi and Lisa Lewis, PhD co-founded of the Autism Network for Dietary Intervention in order to promote the implementation of gluten-free, casein-free diets for children with an autism spectrum disorder. Seroussi has presented at DAN! (Defeat Autism Now) conferences and participated in various workshops held across the United States. TV appearances to date include the Today Show, Lifetime TV, and PBS. Her article published in Parent’s Magazine (February 2000) “We Rescued Our Son From Autism,” serves as a summary of her book.
